'qemeh' may refer to flour or dough. Contextual evidence supports both possibilities, but in the case of the former, it seems that the 'qemeh' flour was of lower quality than the celet “fine flour. Despite the claim to the contrary that we made in the berasit page, the Hyberi might have indeed had two quality grades of flour.

It is also possible that the two words may indicate flour from different grains. Some evidence indicates that 'qemeh' may have been a barley meal, rather than wheat flour.
