The sayar is defined along with the ruach in the book of Ezekiel 1:4,13:11-13, and in Jonah 1:4,12 and Psalm 55:8 & 107:25.
2 Kings 2 the sayar takes Elijah into the sky. See verses 1 & 11. We also have the Shemim mentioned here.
