The sayar is a flying object capable of human transportation.
The sayar is defined along with the ruach in the book of Ezekiel 1:4,13:11-13, and in Jonah 1:4,12 and Psalm 55:8 & 107:25.
2 Kings 2 the sayar takes Elijah into the sky. See verses 1 & 11. We also have the Shemim mentioned here, seemingly attributing the sayar to them.
There may be temptation to relate sayar to several phonetically similar words. But these are unrelated and spelled very differently.
