-'qemeh' may refer to flour or dough. Contextual evidence supports both possibilities, but in the case of the former, it seems that the 'qemeh' flour was of lower quality than the [[celet]] "fine flour. Despite the claim to the contrary that we made in the [[berasit]] page, the Hyberi might have indeed had two quality grades of flour.+'qemeh' is built on the root word [[qem]] and refers to rising dough or leavened bread.
