'mecek' often appears in the context of what appear to be religious ritual objects.
In many of these instances, it is traditionally interpreted as “molded” as an adjective referring to idols. 1)
In other instances it is traditionally translated as a “veil” or “screen” in a temple.2)
A few passages interprets it as “mixed”3)
The translators of Ezekiel 28:13 eschewed all of these traditions, opting for “covering”.
