'yeneb' means “grapes”.
Numerous references to the juice of the 'yeneb' probably refer to wine, but it is difficult to rule out simple fruit juice. However, a few references do appear to answer the question definitively; Numbers 6:1-4 discusses a vow of abstinence from alcohol, and refers to 'yeneb'. This same theme appears in Judges 13.
Genesis 49:11 seems to indicate 'yeneb' as being used to make dye. If you have ever spilled a glass of red wine, you will understand the connection.
