According to Mauro Biglino, 'gelegel' (he pronounces it 'galgal') means “a wheel that swirls”.1), often translated as “turbines” or “whirlwind”, but “whirlwind is ceyer.
why is at always translated as “Gilgal” supposedly the name of a place.
Perhaps it is a place - the place of the swirling wheels.
In Ezekiel 10 it is connected mechanically with the kebed and the kerobim
