The goal of the Bara Foundation's transliterative alphabet, and indeed of the whole project and the entire foundation is to provide consistency in translation.

Particularly, we value semantic consistency within the Ancient corpus.

Secondary to this goal is the additional criteria of consistent pronunciation to the degree that this will aid in the process of semantic discovery and lead to more consistent semantics.
